Why only 5 pieces a month?

Because every piece is made by hand, by us. Not mass-produced.

Limiting production ensures each one is crafted with care and lasts a lifetime.

What materials do you use?

We use 925 sterling silver, 18K gold plating, and solid gold (8K, 14K, or 18K on request). You choose what fits your style and budget.

How long does it take to make?

Each piece is made by hand — not by machine. We usually ship within 10–14 days depending on volume. You’ll get tracking as soon as it’s on the way

Can I pick the font or style?

Yes. We offer curated fonts, or you can choose my dad’s freestyle hand-cut style. You’ll pick your preference before checkout

What if my name is long?

Names over 10 characters may have a small fee due to extra metal and labor. We’ll confirm with you before we begin cutting

What if I want diamonds?

We offer cubic zirconia (standard), natural-grown diamonds on request. Just select your option when ordering — we’ll craft it to match

Can I return or cancel my order?

Because every piece is 100% custom-made, we can’t accept returns or cancellations once cutting begins. If there’s an issue, we’ll make it right.
